JOHN DAVID BANDY, passed away on June 5, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He is survived by beautiful, Matilde.  Perches Funeral Home- West will be handling Funeral Arrangements and Services.  Our deepest condolences to the family at this time of great sorrow.
